John William Gerlach
John William Gerlach’s practice areas include Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Probate, and Guardianship, including adult custody disputes.
Mr. Gerlach graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor of arts in English. After graduating from St. John’s University School of Law and passing the New York Bar, Mr. Gerlach began working at Li, Latsey, and Guiterman PLLC. Since then, he has joined the D.C. Probate Fiduciary Panel of Attorneys, and now acts as fiduciary for over thirty incapacitated individuals in D.C. and Maryland.
