John S. Nargiso

Mr. Nargiso specializes in the areas of corporate finance, real estate finance and economic development in Indian Country.
Mr. Nargiso has been involved in the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex financings, private equity investments, project financings, debt and equity offerings, senior bank financings, mezzanine financings, merger and acquisition financings, and complex restructurings and recapitalizations. He has served as an advisor in structuring and arranging numerous economic development and venture capital projects, including joint ventures and real estate projects in Indian Country.
Mr. Nargiso is a board member in Futurist Ape Films LLC, an award-winning independent film production company. He previously served as General Counsel of Fearless Eagle, Inc., a Washington, D.C. based not-for-profit corporation focused on promoting education. He has written and contributed to articles on law and economics.
Mr. Nargiso’s prior legal experience includes practicing as an attorney at the law firm of Fried, Frank, LLP, where his practice was concentrated in the areas of corporate finance and real estate finance. He received his B.A. from Rutgers College, where he was a Henry Rutgers Honors Scholar in Economics, and he received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
